Contact for Proclaimers is Margaret Fisher 800-545-6552.      As of August 1, 2009 we understand each missionary can get up to six Proclaimers at a time for free directly or through an associated church. They do request some feedback though and she can tell you about it. Many villages are utilizing these for community Bible lessons and study.
